After School Program
The afterschool program is an Academic Support Program in which Ellis first through fifth grade students can attend to receive additional instruction in the areas of reading and math.
The students work in small groups on specifically targeted interventions to enhance academic performance. The program is taught by Ellis teachers and runs three days a week Monday-Wednesday. The program begins in late October and ends in early May. We also partner with the Rockford Park District to provide enrichment in the areas of physical fitness, social/emotional well-being and the arts.
For more information, families can contact the Ellis After School Program Coordinator.
